■このポジションのミッション
各事業部の「ラーニングパートナー」として、人材開発における課題を発見・分析し、関係者と共有・解決すること 。部門を横断してベストプラクティスを共有し、人々がアイデアやインスピレーションを交換することを奨励することで、組織全体のイノベーションを促進します 。
■主な役割
- オンボーディング:
新入社員がスムーズに業務をスタートできるよう、全社および事業部別のオンボーディングプログラムを企画・実施します 。 - セールス研修:
グローバル基準のセールスフレームワークに基づき、営業力強化のための各種研修をサポートします 。 - ラーニングパートナー活動:
経営層を含むビジネスリーダーと密に連携し、組織のニーズに合った研修やワークショップを企画・提供します 。 - データ活用と効果測定:
研修の効果をデータで分析・可視化し、プログラムの継続的な改善に繋げ、ステークホルダーへ報告します 。

- 研修の設計・実施経験(2年以上)、またはフィールドセールス経験(5年以上)をお持ちの方 。

Position: L&D Specialist (Learning & Development)

We are looking for an L&D Specialist to join our HR team and support the growth of our approximately 2,000 corporate employees, enabling them to be their best-selves.
■ The Mission of This Role
To act as a "learning partner" for our business divisions, communicating closely to understand and analyze their talent development issues, sharing them with stakeholders, and solving them together. You will also serve across departments to share best practices and encourage people to exchange ideas, incubating innovation.
■ Your Role & Responsibilities
- Onboarding:
Design, develop, and execute company-wide and divisional onboarding programs to help new joiners get up to speed quickly. - Sales Training:
Support the delivery of all sales, consultant, and coordinator training and workshops, aligning with our global sales framework. - Learning Partnering:
Work closely with business leaders, including the Japan Leadership Team, to identify development needs and deliver tailored solutions such as training and workshops. - Data-Driven Improvement:
Use data from training records and feedback effectively for the improvement of programs, and report on program effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders.
■ Who We're Looking For
- You have 2+ years of experience in training design/creation, or 5+ years in field sales.
- You are skilled at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives (
collaborates
). - You can operate effectively even when things are not certain, remaining calm and guiding the team forward (
manages ambiguity
). - Japanese / English bilingual
