スタートアップの社会保険労務士事務所で、中小企業を対象に、給与計算や社会保険手続きを行っていただきます。
今回迎え入れる方については、代表である社会保険労務士のサポートとして、給与計算や社会保険手続きはもとより、顧客対応や労働局等の行政機関へ提出する書類の作成など、様々な業務を全般的にお任せしていきます。
専門的な業務を多数取扱っていきますので、事務職の中でも、将来のために手に職をつけていきたい方におススメのお仕事です。
社労士事務所等で給与計算又は社会保険手続きの経験のある方、
もしくは企業人事などで同様の手続きや労務管理のご経験のある方、
お仕事は1から教えていきますので、お気軽にご応募下さい

スタートアップ企業の労務管理や給与計算を中心に行っている社会保険労務士事務所です
事務所自体もまだ立ち上がって間もないため、まだまだ会社の細かな仕組みやルールなども決まっていない状況。
そのため、ご入社いただく方にはたくさんのご意見をいただき、一緒に事務所を創っていければと考えております。
また、お仕事は社会保険労務士のサポート業務を幅広くお任せしていきますので、一般事務とは違い、専門的な知識を身に着けていくことができます。
今のところ残業はほぼなく、代表の人柄も穏やかで、とても働きやすい環境です。
慣れてきたら原則テレワークとしていきたいと考えております。

勤務時間・曜日:
(1か月単位の変形労働時間制)
原則として1日4~8時間、1週5日程度の勤務となります。
ご家庭の事情等により、話し合いによりシフトを決定していきます。
休暇・休日:
- 原則完全週休2日制(土・日・祝)
- 各種事情に合わせて、シフト調整可能です。
勤務地:
- 最初の教育期間は原則として事務所でお仕事を教えていきます
- その後はなるべく早くテレワーク体制に移行していきます
- 原則として敷地内禁煙
(喫煙者用の喫煙室は専用個室でご用意あります)

給与:
- BYOD手当:月2,000円別途支給
- 通勤手当:実費支給(上限20,000円)
