仕事内容:
お任せしたいお仕事は、社会保険労務士業の補助事務です。社労士事務所で勤務したことが無い方でも、簡単なパソコン操作が可能であれば、各種手続きの電子申請を行うことが出来ますし、社労士資格をお持ちの方でなくても、法律に基づいた給与計算のルールを丁寧にお教えしますので、勉強をしながら仕事ができると思います。ぜひ、皆様と一緒にお仕事ができることを楽しみにしております。

- 労働保険・社会保険の入退社手続き
- 傷病手当金・育児休業給付金・労災給付手続
- 就業規則の作成・変更の補助
- お客様からの電話対応等

・お仕事の内容は多岐に渡りますが、丁寧にお教えしますので安心してお仕事ができるかと思います。
・有期契約からのスタートですが正規雇用転換制度もあります。
・労働時間は、資格学校やご家庭の事情に合わせてご相談ください。
・新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大や育児介護等に応じて、テレワークを実施することもありますので、長く安定して勤務して頂くことが可能です。
勤務時間・曜日:
【パート】
シフト制
休日 週2~4日勤務(土日祝日、年末年始は休日)
勤務時間 9:30~17:30(1日5.5~7時間)
10:00~18:00(1日5.5~7時間)
※始業及び終業時間は、資格学校のスケジュールやご家庭の事情等に合わせて前後ご相談ください(1日8時間勤務も可能です)。
※時間外労働は月5時間ほどありますが、休日出勤はありません。

給与:
基本給(勤務成績や経験に応じて決定します)
通勤手当(上限15,000円)
昇給 年1回
賞与 勤務成績及び業績に応じて年1回支給することがあります。
