【具体的な業務】
3名の役員をサポートする事務全般をお任せします。
- 不動産売買・賃貸に関する書類作成(契約書、重要事項説明書の補助など)
- 不動産ポータルサイトへの物件登録・管理
- 物件写真の整理、ティザー資料(紹介資料)の作成サポート
- 電話、来客対応、メール対応
- その他、経営計画の推進に伴う事務的なバックアップ

勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制
平日9:00-18:00の中で週10-20時間程度
土日祝日は休業日となります
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)
平日のみの勤務(週2〜4日程度、ご相談に応じます)
年末年始休暇、夏季休暇あり

リモートワーク: 業務習得までは原則出社をお願いしますが、独り立ちした後はハイブリッド勤務(出社+リモート)が可能です。

時給: 1,500円 〜
昇給: あり(能力や貢献度に応じて随時反映)
備考: 実務経験者、または宅地建物取引士の資格保有者は、経験・能力を考慮し、スタート時給を最大+1,000円(時給2,500円まで)加算します。

交通費全額支給(月額上限あり)
雇用契約:期間の定めあり(原則更新)
社会保険:非加入(週20時間未満の勤務を想定しているため)
