募集背景・業務概要:

人材サービスのCRMを安定運用し、問い合わせ対応の品質向上を進めています。運用改善の取り組みを継続するため、運用保守の体制を強化します。改善提案を歓迎するチームです。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、ログ分析や障害原因の切り分け、軽微な改修を担当いただきます。運用手順の更新と改善提案を行い、安定稼働を支えます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。運用手順の更新と改善提案を行い、安定稼働を支えます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。

運用を見据えた設計指針を整理し、手戻りを防ぎます。

運用状況のレポートを整備し、改善点を明確にします。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥390,000 〜 ¥418,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥74,051〜¥79,369(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
