■業務の詳細

建築プラントエンジニアとして、旭化成グループ内・外の様々なプロジェクトを手掛けていただきます。

<メイン業務>

基本計画、基本設計

<そのほか>

・実施設計(外注管理)、積算、発注、査定等の業務

・旭化成内プロジェクトにおける企画提案

・旭化成グループ外案件に対するプレゼンテーション、受注支援業務

・安全管理、品質管理、工程管理、予実算管理等の業務

・組織マネジメント、若手の育成等の業務

■ポイント

・縦割りで業務を分担するのではなく、上流から下流までエンジニアリングの一連の流れをすべて担当します。

・出張は、平均すると月1~2回(1~2泊)程度です。ただ、プロジェクトによっては例外的に、1か月位の長期出張が発生することもあります。

【求める人材】

<必要な業務経験/スキル>

建築計画・設計に関する業務経験(5年以上)

※様々な業界出身者(各種メーカー、エンジ会社、公的機関、ゼネコン・サブコン、設計事務所など)が活躍しています。化学系の経験は問いません。

<必要資格>

一級建築士

<望ましい資格>

1級建築施工管理技士 など

<求める人物像>

・設計や現場の工事管理等の実務にとどまらず、将来的には組織のマネジメントや人財育成を担えるバランス感覚がある方

・『現場主義』を大切に考えられる方

・主体性を持って業務に取り組んでいただける方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
