職務詳細:
- 法人顧客向けに、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、レノボ製品(PC、タブレットなど)に関連したサービスのプロジェクトをリードする
- サービス仕様に従い、プロジェクトの立ち上げ・計画・実行をリードする
- 計画されたプロジェクトの進捗を監視・コントロールし、必要に応じて是正措置を講じる
- コンサルティングサービスの提供においては、技術チームと連携してプロジェクトをリードする
- 顧客向けプロジェクト定例会の開催、議事録作成、課題管理の実施
- セールスSMEおよびCレベルの顧客と個人的な関係を構築し、顧客の問題および解決策の決定プロセスに早期に関与できるようにする。
- プロジェクト成果物の管理、および顧客サインオフに向けた最終的な説明を行う
- プロジェクトを遂行するための、社内リソース/ステークホルダー、サードパーティ/ベンダー、顧客との調整を行う
- プロジェクトのスコープを管理し、期限内・予算内に納品されるようにする
- 適切な検証技術を使用し、プロジェクトスコープ、スケジュール、コストの変更を管理する。
- 必要に応じてマネジメント層へ報告・エスカレーションを行う
- プロジェクトリスクを最小限に抑えるためのリスク管理を実施する
- 各地域のサブコントラクター(下請けベンダー)と週次のプロジェクト進捗会議を設定・運営する
- 顧客満足とロイヤルティの向上を図り、追加のソリューションおよびサービスのアップセルを推進する
基本的な資格
- 学歴:コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリング関連の学位が望ましい
- ITプロジェクトにおけるPM経験。(実務経験3~5年以上)
- IT分野におけるプロジェクトマネジメントおよびソリューションコンサルティングの実務経験
- ITインフラプロジェクトに関する知識、または実務経験を有する方
- 自律的かつ主体的に行動できる成果志向の方
- 顧客および社内関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
- 文書作成および口頭説明における高い表現力
- 細部への注意力と、複数業務を同時に進められる優れたオーガナイズ能力
- Microsoft Office製品の実務スキル
- プロジェクトデリバリーにおいて、技術的な意思決定を主導し、選択肢(利点・課題・リスク)を提示できる影響力およびコンサルティング能力
- 高い対人スキル、顧客志向の姿勢、多様な文化に対する適応力
- チームプレイヤーであり、チーム構築に貢献できる方
- 必須言語:日本語(ビジネス)
あると望ましい経験
- ソフトウェア統合プロジェクトの経験(Salesforce、ServiceNow、SAP、Ivantiなど)
- アジャイルやウォーターフォールなどの開発手法のPM経験。(実務経験3~5年以上)
- 英語でのプロジェクト遂行経験 (グローバルなプロジェクトメンバーとの業務)
