Overview
PVH Japan is embarking on a strategic
Procurement System Project (SAP Ariba)
. We are seeking an experienced
SAP Ariba Project Manager
to lead local project execution, coordinate with APAC stakeholders, and manage vendor communication in Japan. The role will also involve creating user-facing operational documentation and providing bilingual support to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the local project manager for SAP Ariba implementation in Japan, reporting to the IT Director.
  • Manage system integration between internal IT systems and vendor-side connections.
  • Serve as the liaison between Japanese vendors and APAC IT teams, ensuring seamless communication (Japanese English).
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and project go-live activities.
  • Develop and translate operational manuals, training materials, and user guidance into Japanese for local employees.
  • Provide vendor onboarding support and guidance for suppliers using the new procurement system.
  • Capture and relay feedback from Japanese vendors to APAC IT teams.
  • Deliver Ariba system support to local users, offering bilingual assistance in Japanese and English.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or IT Consultant in SAP Ariba implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and system integration.
  • Excellent Japanese language skills (Fluent) and strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear operational documentation and training in Japanese.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating across Japan, APAC, and vendor organizations.
  • Familiarity with UAT management and system rollout support.
