主な責任
- 海外リソースを含む多国籍チームのプロジェクト管理をリードし、異文化間のコミュニケーションブリッジとして機能する。
- 複雑なプロジェクト環境において、正確かつ迅速に情報を収集・分析し、最適な判断を下す。
- リスク管理と問題解決において高度なスキルを発揮し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献する。
- ステークホルダー間の調整を強化し、戦略的視点でプロジェクトを推進する。
- プロジェクトキックオフ時の新規顧客向けプレゼンテーション、要件収集、顧客・社内各チームとの調整。
- 時間、予算、品質の観点から複数プロジェクトの進捗管理。
- スムーズな移行実現のための細部まで目が届く注意力と調整力の発揮。
*経験、面接のパフォーマンスによってはSeniorポジションでのオファーの可能性あり

- 優れたプレゼンスキル・ミーティング管理能力・ファシリテーションスキル。
- 複雑な概念をシンプルに伝えるコミュニケーション力(日本語)。
- ITプロジェクト管理の概念、ツール、手法、要件に関する深い知識。
- 顧客管理スキル、社内外関係者との調整力、業務優先順位判断力。
- オンサイト・リモート・オフショアリソースを率いた経験。
- 新技術や知識を柔軟に学び、業務へ適用できる能力。
- 出張対応可能。

経験・学歴
- BS/BA学位
- PMP、PRINCE2等のPM資格(あれば尚可条件)
- プロジェクトマネージャーとして5年以上の経験
- 優れた業績を残しているチーム環境でのリーダー経験
- 知財分野の経験歓迎
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
- 英語能力がある方優遇(必須ではなりません。)
