We are looking for a Vice President/Executive Director in Structured Finance and Credit Loan Originations for a major financial services company.
This person will be essential in the Global Financing & Credit Trading division, offering various financing solutions for corporate clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed credit analyses for financing transactions in Japan.
- Create credit memos and financial models, working with the Credit Risk Management team for transaction approvals.
- Work with infrastructure teams to get the necessary approvals for new transactions.
- Manage existing transactions to ensure they meet credit and risk standards, handling amendments and waivers when necessary.
- Respond to questions from banks, investors, and insurers during the syndication process.
- Work with the Origination team to find and pursue new transaction opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in leveraged lending, corporate finance, and structured finance loan originations and syndications.
- Strong analytical skills in due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
- Proven ability to drive transactions and seize opportunities efficiently.
- Experience in a similar role within a Japanbased financial institution or fund.
- Team player with a proactive attitude towards achieving team goals.
