デジタル・カンパニーは、2022年4月に設立した部門横断の社内カンパニーです。
野村グループに口座を保有いただいている富裕層を中心とした530万口座の方々と潜在的な顧客に対して、プライベート(個別の顧客)にカスタマイズされたサービス/ソリューションを提供していくことがミッションであり、具体的には以下3つの役割を担っています。
①野村グループの主にデジタル活用や新しい事業領域の企画立案・ビジネス開発
②野村グループ以外との提携・出資を含む戦略策定・調査
③グループ内で上記実行にあたって必要となるリソースマネジメント(主にIT専門領域の人材)
今後、取り組みを更に加速させるため、上記役割を主体的にリードしていただくことを期待します。
デジタル・アセット推進室は、デジタル・カンパニーに新設された4部室の中核部署の一つとして、野村グループのデジタル・アセット領域でのビジネス開発・推進を担っています。
主なビジネスとしては、デジタル証券ビジネス(セキュリティ・トークン、デジタル通貨を含む)、暗号資産関連ビジネスおよびブロックチェーン技術を使った新たな投資商品やビジネスの開発 等が挙げられます。
採用後は、2019年9月に設立されたBOOSTRY社に出向し、デジタル・アセット・ビジネスの事業開発・システム開発の中核役を担って頂きます。
【BOOSTRYについて】
BOOSTRYは、野村ホールディングス・野村総合研究所が設立した戦略スタートアップのFinTech企業です。ブロックチェーン技術を軸にした、社債や不動産証券などの有価証券の権利等を発行・流通するプラットフォームの開発・提供を行っています。顧客は主に大手金融機関(証券・銀行・信託銀行・アセットマネジメント等)でB2Bモデルが主力ですが、一部B2Cとしてモバイルアプリ事業も進めています。
現在、約25名のメンバーが在籍しており、自由な雰囲気の職場です。社内のコミュニケーションは、大半はチャットを利用したもので、テレワークをしているメンバーやオフィスで仕事をするメンバーなど、各人の働きやすいスタイルで働いています。セキュリティが確保できる環境で、ワーケーションを活用するメンバーや遠隔地から働いているメンバーも在籍しています。野村ホールディングスからの出向のため、給与・福利厚生などは原則、野村ホールディングスの規程に準拠します。
Responsibilities:
BOOSTRYの中核業務であるセキュリティ・トークン関連ビジネスにおいて、COO直轄のチームリーダーとして以下のミッションを担っていただきます。

新たな金融商品の企画立案及び金融機関や発行体への提案の推進
金融機関顧客プロジェクトにおけるリード(計画策定/要件定義/プロジェクト管理/顧客折衝等)
Requirements:
証券業界でのPMまたはPLまたは、ビジネス企画・開発の経験
ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、ドキュメンテーション対応をリードした経験
広範な情報を整理・分析し、ビジネスや業務のニーズ等の要点を社内外の関係者に分かりやすく資料に落とし込む事ができる能力

投資銀行やアセットマネジメント分野におけるの実務経験
金融関連システムの上流工程のシステム開発プロジェクトやシステム要件定義をリードした経験
