野村證券ホールセールIT部は、野村グループ国内外のホールセールビジネスのシステムとインフラストラクチャーに係る企画・運営・開発・管理及びユーザーへのサポートを提供しています。ホールセールビジネスの業務プロセスを俯瞰できる部署であり、全体最適の観点から業務改善を提案し、グループのデジタル戦略の推進に必要なシステム開発を実現することで、ビジネスと一体となった業務改革に貢献することが期待されています。
ビジネス部門と常に協業し、上流工程や下流工程といった枠にとらわれず、各メンバーがビジネスユーザーと積極的かつ緊密にコミュニケーションを取りながら要件を決めシステムに落とし込んでいく、スピード感のあるアジャイル型で内製開発を行っています。
継続的な学習機会のために、ローテーションも取り入れています。部内の他のチームとの共同開発やコラボレーションに参画し、日常業務を越えて新たな経験・知見を得られる機会が多いのも特徴です。オープンなカルチャーの中で多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーがアイデアを提案し、オーナーシップを持ってそれを実現・実装できる環境です。チームは拡大しつつあり、メンバーの増員を行いながら、これまでの組織の在り方にとらわれず、より大きなチームを率いる次世代を担うリーダー人材の育成に注力しています。
社内のコミュニケーションは主に日本語ですが、当部は多国籍なメンバーで構成されており、英語を使う場面もあります。日本語を話す外国人も多いため、英語と日本語が入り混じったインターナショナルな環境で働くことに興味がある方であれば、仕事をしながら英語力を付けていくことができます。
人材育成・教育に力を入れており、1か月最低10時間を確保して、資格取得や新しいスキルの習得に充てることができるよう、マネージャーがサポートしています。AI/ML、データサイエンス領域の勉強会を企画するなど、スキルアップのための部内横断的な交流も活発に行われています。
投資銀行向けシステムに携わるチーム全体(ビジネスアナリスト・プロジェクトマネージャー、開発者、サポート)をみると日本を含めて6か国の国籍のメンバーが活躍しています(2024年5月1日現在)。今後も、多様性の向上に継続的に取り組む方針で、様々なバックグラウンドをもつ方々からの積極的な応募をお待ちしています。
2) 担当業務、責務:
現在、投資銀行部門向けに様々なプロジェクト・システムがあり、その一つとしてSalesforceを導入し、業務生産性向上を図っています。投資銀行業務とは、企業価値の増大につながるよう、適切な投資の実行やリスク開示、資金調達手段等を企業にアドバイスする業務であり、厳格な情報管理が求められるのが特徴です。
入社後はSalesforce開発者として、Apex開発、Salesforce APIを利用した開発を主に行っていただきます。ただし、SalesforceがSaaSである、その意義を理解して必要な分だけの開発を行い、すでに存在するものについてはなるべく活用する必要があります。このため、ノーコード・ローコード開発も必須となります。
Salesforce開発の特徴から、開発とBAの垣根が従来ほどしっかりあるわけではないので、開発者として入りながらも開発の知識を活かしたBA業務にもチャレンジしたい方も是非ご応募ください。
また、必然的に画面周りの開発、ユーザエクスペリエンスの向上を目的としたオペレーションフローの構築などを行いますので、ビジネスユーザーとのコミュニケーションが欠かせず、日本語スキルは必須となります。
英語のスキルは必須ではありませんが、海外チーム等と協業する際に使用することがあります。

Requirements
求める要件、応募資格:
必須要件:
- HTML, XML, JavaScript(ES6以降), SQL, Java/C++/C#/Python(3以降)/Typescriptを例とするオブジェクト指向言語、に精通している(実務経験3年以上)
- バックエンド開発の経験
- 問題解決能力が高いこと
- ユーザーや開発メンバーとコミュニケーションを取る上でのコミュニケーションスキル(口頭・筆記・資料)
- 生成AIなど新しいことを学ぶことに貪欲であること
- 仕様書を日本語で記載し、チームメンバーやユーザーと共有する必要があるため、ネイティブレベルの日本語の会話力・読み書きスキルを求めます
望ましい要件:
- Salesforceにおけるコード開発(Apexクラス・トリガー、API)
- Salesforce API活用という観点での開発経験
- Salesforce関連資格(認定Developer、認定Platform アプリケーションビルダーなど)
- Salesforceにおけるノーコード・ローコード開発
- スクラム等アジャイル開発の経験
- Salesforce開発ライフサイクル(CI/CDパイプライン含む)の構築および恒常的な改善活動経験(VP必須)
- 言語化能力(VP必須)
- Salesforce Visualforce/Aura/Lightning Component開発経験
- 業務アプリケーションの開発経験 (プログラミング言語、開発環境は問わない)
- Microsoft SQL Server等RDBの知識(特に、Salesforceとの連携やデータ移行などの観点)
- EUC開発経験
- ベンダー管理経験
- チームリード経験(VP必須)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 金融市場、証券業務に関する知識
