当ブランドで提供される上質な素材にとことんこだわったNYスタイルの洋菓子は、都内各所にあるベーカリーカフェやレストランで提供されています。経験豊かな専属パティシエと共に、ハイクオリティな香り、食感、味覚を備えた洋菓子を製造から出荷まで携わっていただきます。

THE CITY BAKERYはニューヨークマンハッタン発祥の老舗ベーカリーカフェです。
日本では2013年に上陸以来、都内では赤坂をはじめ、青山、品川、銀座、広尾などに店舗があり、今後もさらに全国的に展開が見込まれています。そこで提供されるNYスタイルの洋菓子はお客様から根強い商品となっています。
経験が少なくてもゆっくり技術を磨いていける環境です
洋菓子製造に少しでも携わった経験の方、学校で学んだだけの方でもOKです。当社は経験社歴分け隔てなく共にチームを作っていくカルチャーを持つ会社です。新しい経験と意欲次第で商品開発にも携わっていただくチャンスがあります。あなたのアイデアを声にだして、新しい仲間と共に新しい工房を作っていきましょう
シフトは半月ごとに提出可能。無理なく働けます
半月ごとにシフトを提出できるようにしているので、希望があれば何なりとご相談ください。

資格
- 洋菓子経験が短い方、ブランクがある方も歓迎
- 製菓・製パン・調理専門学校卒の方
- 大手チェーンとは違う技術を学びたい方
- 積極的にアイデアを出し盛り上げて下さるメンバー大歓迎

給与
月給 26万円~35万円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万3760円~4万5620円(固定残業時間:20時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
試用期間3カ月(給与変動なし)
※経験・能力考慮うえ決定いたします。
※昇給随時
※超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給
※賞与(2年目より査定対象/業績連動)
- 未経験~経験1年未満の方は、24.1万円~から検討となります。
