Role Description
This is an internship role at EnFi, located in the Greater Tokyo Area with flexibility for remote work. The internship is paid and remote from Tokyo but occasional offline activities might be required. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the fund, including Investor Relations (IR), industry analysis, and marketing strategy. You will gain valuable experience in the gaming investment industry and contribute to the fund's success.
Summary:
- EnFi is currently looking for a three-month-long intern curious about VC and the entertainment industry.
- The internship is remote from Tokyo, but occasional offline activities might be required. Living within one hour of Shibuya is ideal.
- We consider high-performing interns for potential full-time opportunities in the future.
- While the internship offers compensation, please note that it may be on the lower side. We encourage applicants who are passionate about gaining experience in venture capital and the entertainment industry and are comfortable with this level of pay.
Responsibilities:
Investor Relations (IR)
- You will be trusted to provide an accurate account of corporate affairs for both our investors and portfolio companies.
- Prepare quarterly reports to be disseminated.
Analyst
- Conduct independent analyses of the VC industry using VC data to produce a financial report.
- Support EnFi's pipeline building by understanding and extracting information from investor decks.
- Support and handle the due diligence process.
Marketing
- Manage EnFi's SNS, but also come up with marketing strategies to advance EnFi's online influence.
Ad hoc
- Support timely disclosures (financial and non-financial) of EnFi's operation.
- Prepare legal documents for deal-sourcing/sealing
- Liaise with external parties

Requirement Skills and Experiences
- Fluency in both English and Japanese. (Native/business) (The applicant should be comfortable in speaking, listening, and writing bilingually)
- Ideally, candidates should be sophomores or higher (preferably juniors or above), as we often consider high-performing interns for potential full-time opportunities in the future.
- The applicant should be communicative, responsible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in exploring the VC industry; particularly in gaming and entertainment.
- We are looking for analytical skills and creativity.
- A background in Finance, accounting & business is a bonus but not necessary.
- Able to commit ideally 4 days a week; 6 hours a day in a day (during daytime in JST).
