募集背景


公共セクターの業務効率化を支援する当社製品「DocuMaker Office」を中心に、お客様からの問い合わせや導入依頼が急増しています。新規事業の拡大フェーズにおいて、お客様の課題やニーズを的確に捉え、チームメンバーとともにシステムの導入PJを推進して頂ける方を募集します。

仕事内容


公共セクターの顧客課題をヒアリングし、自社開発のパッケージシステムを使った運用面のコンサル(業務効率化やDXに関する課題解決・提案)やシステムの構築、設定等を行います。

導入業務を中心にご活躍いただくポジションです。

具体的には:

  • PJ管理
  • システム運用検討と導入
  • 操作研修や納品資料作成
  • 稼働立ち合い

導入業務だけでなく、システムのデモンストレーションや営業段階における運用コンサル提案など、営業関係の業務にも携わっていただくことで、活躍の場を広げることもできます。

文書管理に限らずシステム導入のPMまたはPJ経験がある方や、自治体や独立行政法人などの公的機関で文書管理の運用業務に携わったことがある方は、入社直後からご活躍いただけます。

勤務時間

当社は、一般的なフレックスタイム制と同等の勤務制度である「複数定時制度」を導入しています。
以下3つのパターンから就業時間を選択できるとともに、
必要な際は業務上支障がない範囲で、いつでも時間の変更が可能です。
(1)8:30~17:00
(2)9:00~17:30
(3)10:00~18:30
※休憩60分
