不動産事業における収益物件取得及び開発型賃貸物件の開発企画をお任せ致します。
不動産事業部に所属し、収益不動産の用地仕入れ及び開発企画まで一貫して行います。
【具体的には】
一般的な収益物件のみならず、建設本業とのシナジーを生むべく、空きビルをリノベーションして賃貸運用する等、将来当社にとって有益な資産となるべく、物件の取得を行います。
また、事務所ビル用の開発型賃貸物件用地の仕入れ、企画、開発、物件完成までを行います。
情報収集、検証・検討の実践、社内外関係者との連携、調整を図る力が必須となります。
アセットについては主にオフィスビルになり、5億~20億くらいのものがメインとなります。
【年収例:大卒】※残業手当30時間、賞与4.5ケ月
大卒5年目27歳/571万円 月額36.5万円(29.6万円+手当6.9万円)
大卒7年目29歳/628万円 月額39.7万円(32.2万円+手当7.5万円)
大卒12年目34歳/703万円 月額44.9万円(36.4万円+手当8.5万 円)
大卒18年目40歳(基幹職G6)/825万円 月額400,000円+100,000円(みなし手当他)

【想定年収】600万円~900万円(30歳~40歳例)
