仕事内容:

神戸市中央区の多聞通にある当施設では、保育所や小学校を訪問して、発達に不安のあるお子さんに寄り添う支援を行います。

先生たちへの助言や指導、保護者さまへのレポート作成、療育施設での直接支援など、一人ひとりのお子さんの可能性を信じて、

きめ細かいサポートを展開しています。

20年以上の実績に基づいた「成長療育プログラム」で、個別療育と集団療育を組み合わせた温かみのある支援が特徴です。

子どもたちの「できた」という瞬間に立ち会い、ご家庭との信頼関係を築きながら、社会を生き抜く力を育むことが、この仕事のやりがいです。

未経験の方も大歓迎。

当法人で働くスタッフの約8割が未経験でスタートしており、新任研修や社内研修が充実しているので、安心して療育の知識と技術を身につけられます。

日祝固定休み+年間115日の休暇

日曜日と祝日は固定で休み、週休2日制だから、プライベートの時間をしっかり確保できます。残業はほぼなく、定時の18時に退社できるので、仕事と生活のバランスが取りやすいです。

神戸高速鉄道・JR・海岸線から近い好立地

高速神戸駅から徒歩1分、JR神戸駅から徒歩5分、海岸線ハーバーランド駅から徒歩6分の複数路線でアクセス可能。交通費も月上限25,000円まで支給されます。

【基本給与】

基本給:169,000円~188,000円からスタート。

経験や専門性に応じて着実に昇給していきます。

【充実の手当制度】

・処遇手当:月53,000円~65,000円

資格をお持ちいただいているからこそ、適切に評価する手当を用意しています。

・資格手当:月5,000円~10,000円

・保育士資格をお持ちの皆さんを、しっかりとサポートする制度です。

【年間収入の目安】

月給に処遇手当と資格手当を加えた額に、年3回の賞与(前年度実績 計1.5月分)が加わるため、安定した収入が見込めます。

昇給は1月あたり3,000円~9,000円が目安です。

交通費も月上限25,000円まで全額支給されるので、遠方からの通勤もしやすい環境です。
