仕事内容:

世界中に拠点を持つ大手製造メーカーが、バラバラだったシステムを一つに統合するための「最強の共通ルール(グローバルテンプレート)」を作り上げる仕事です。

【具体的には】

  • 業務プロセスの標準化(設計図作り) 「日本、アメリカ、欧州でやり方が違う」状態を整理し、世界共通の最適な業務フローを策定します。
  • 要件定義・ワークショップの運営 各部門の担当者と対話し、新しいシステムで「何を実現すべきか」を論理的に整理・定義(CRP)します。
  • ドキュメンテーション(言語化) 決定した内容を、誰が見ても理解できるBFC(業務機能構成図)や業務フロー図に落とし込みます。
  • グローバル・ファシリテーション 海外拠点を含む関係者との定例会議を進行し、進捗管理や課題解決をリードします。

【仕事のポイント】 本ポジションは、システムを動かすための細かい「設定(コンフィグ)」や「プログラミング」がメインではありません。クライアントと対話し、「ビジネスをどう回すべきか」という論理的な答えを出し、それを資料で具現化することが最大のミッションです。

【必須スキル】

  • SAPの業務知識(モジュール不問)

FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/PSなどのいずれかで、要件定義の実務経験がある方。 論理的なドキュメント作成能力*

業務フローやクライアント向け説明資料を、自ら「手を動かして」高い精度で作成できる方。 ファシリテーション能力*

会議を円滑に進め、合意形成へと導くことができるコミュニケーションスキル。【歓迎スキル】

  • ビジネス英語

海外拠点との会議やメールやり取りがスムーズにできる方(バイリンガルの方、大歓迎)。

勤務時間・曜日:

原則リモート勤務

月160時間〜月180時間
