職務内容 / Job duties

【事業・組織構成の概要】

中央省庁及び関連する外郭団体・地方公共団体等に対して、IT・DXを通してお客様の業務効率化を実現するための、システム開発・サービスの開発、構築、運用保守を提供する統括部において、法務省向けに先進的なIT技術と幅広いドメインナレッジを活用しながら、デジタルの力による「国民の安心・安全な日常生活」と「信頼できる刑事司法」の実現に貢献するグループです。

【職務内容】

日本の安全安心の根幹を支える中央省庁向けに様々なサービス、ソリューションを提供するリーダー候補を募集します。

システム開発における業務全般(要件定義、設計、構築~運用、プロジェクト管理全般)から、先端技術を活用した事業開発等、幅広い分野を担当していただきます。

・国民の安心安全を支える中央省庁の大規模システム刷新プロジェクト

・最新技術を活用したDX提案または事業開発

(具体例:DX領域(生成AI等)、データ活用の技術による事業開発)

・お客様や社内外関係者との調整/折衝

・提案から開発・構築、保守に至るまでのプロジェクトライフサイクル全行程を対象に経験をすることが出来る

・大規模アプリケーション開発を通した標準化、開発、マネージメントの専門性を高めることが出来る

・司法制度の運営、矯正・保護に至る国民の権利を守る制度運営に携わることが出来る

・専門性とドメインナレッジを高めることで、特定省庁に限定されない企画、提案を行い自らが事業を立ち上げていくことが出来る

リモートワーク:個別相談

入社3ヶ月程度は出社メインとするが相談に応じて週3回程度のリモートワークは可能。

応募資格 / Qualifications

<主任クラスの場合>

【MUST】

下記の1又は2を満たすこと。

1.以下のすべてを満たすこと

・PJ内外、ステークホルダーとの調整/折衝(3年以上)

・システム開発(5年以上)、またはインフラ構築経験(5年以上)

・システム開発またはインフラ構築プロジェクトにて要件定義からシステムテストまでの全行程経験(3年以上)

2.以下のすべてを満たすこと

・PJ内外、ステークホルダーとの調整/折衝(5年以上)

・省庁での実務経験(5年以上)

【WANT】

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(業務経験か業界経験かを明確に)

・テクニカルスキル資格(情処の各種スペシャリスト資格等)

・システム開発経験がある場合は、プログラミングスキル

・インフラ構築経験がある場合は、インフラ構築スキル

・5名以上のチームでの活動および、開発リーダーまたはプロマネポジション経験

【想定報酬】

主任の場合

・年収680万~930万円程度

・月給44万~61万円程度(月額基本給35万~49万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
