カミナシ エンジニアリングチームの特徴


本ポジションは、優れた顧客体験を通じて真に価値あるサービスをユーザーに提供するために、新規事業のプロダクト開発を熱意を持って推進するソフトウェアエンジニアを募集しています。

特にバックエンドアプリケーション開発の領域においてその知識やスキルでチームをリードする人材からの応募を想定していますが、カミナシではソフトウェアエンジニアの業務範囲に明示的な制限を設けておりません。フロントエンドやバックエンドアプリケーション、あるいはインフラやシステムアーキテクチャ、運用方法に至るまで、システムのどの部分での課題解決が最適かはその内容によって異なるためです。カミナシのソフトウェアエンジニアは、課題の解決方法を思索し、それを実現するために必要となる幅広い裁量を持ちます。

また、カミナシのソフトウェアエンジニアが持つ裁量と責務は技術的な領域だけにとどまりません。価値あるプロダクトやサービスを継続的に提供していくために、ユーザーインタビューや社内ステークホルダとのコミュニケーションを通して最適な課題解決方法を発見します。実際に現場で業務に携わるユーザーとの対話を通してソフトウェアエンジニア自身がその一次情報を受け取り、サービス改善にダイレクトに繋げていける環境がカミナシにはあります。

本ポジション募集の背景


設備保全システム「カミナシ 設備保全」を開発していくにあたり、スピード感を伴ったプロダクト開発と継続的な改善可能性を備えたシステムを両立させることは、プロダクトの健全なグロースに必要不可欠です。

私たちのプロダクトは2025年2月の正式リリースを経て、安定したサービス提供を続けながらさらなる改善と機能拡張に取り組んでいます。その成長をさらに加速させるため、フロントエンド領域をリードし、サービスの進化と安定運用に貢献していただける、以下のようなエンジニアを募集しています。

  • 「カミナシ 設備保全」の短・中期的ゴールを深く理解し、継続的改善可能性と運用優秀性、セキュリティ、信頼性、可用性、スケーラビリティを考慮した堅牢なシステムアーキテクチャの設計をリードする
  • システムの運用設計策定をリードし、チームを巻き込んで運用レベルの向上を推進する
  • システムアーキテクチャやインフラストラクチャ、あるいは運用フェーズから得られる様々なフィードバックをアプリケーション改善に活用し、システム全体の継続的かつ進化的改善をリードする
  • チームの発見した技術的・ビジネス的課題を、アプリケーションからクラウドインフラストラクチャに至るまでのどのレイヤで解決することが適切かについて、チームの議論を積極的にリードする
  • プロダクトマネジメントをチーム全員で協力して行うことでサービスをグロースさせることに熱意をもって取り組める
  • お客様に言われたことをそのまま実装するのではなく、対話の背景に存在する課題を導きだし、仮説と検証をセットにしてチーム全体で取り組むべき優先度を提案する

  • フロントエンド領域を中心とした「カミナシ 設備保全」のプロダクト開発全般
  • 「カミナシ 設備保全」の保守、運用、改善
  • 「カミナシ 設備保全」をより開発しやすくするための設計見直し、リファクタリング
  • 新たな価値を提供するためのディスカバリーやプロトタイピング開発
  • 良いサービス体験のためのカスタマーサクセス、セールス、各種ステークホルダーとの連携
  • (必要に応じて)お客様の現場に訪問し、一次情報を自ら獲得する

  • フロントエンド領域のデリバリを支える仕組み(e.g. CI/CD パイプライン)を構築、改善した経験
  • フロントエンド領域におけるテストについての知見

  • デザインエンジニアや UI/UX デザイナーとの協業を通してユーザー体験を大きく改善した経験
  • エンドユーザー、社内ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通して要件を定義し、機能設計と仕様策定を行なった経験
