クライアント企業の新たなサービスリリースに伴う、検証環境、スケジュールの策定、立案、実行を行う業務です。

システムエンジニア経験があり、ITコンサルタントにキャリアチェンジしたい方を募集します

【主な仕事内容】

・各ステークフォルダとの情報収集および意思決定支援

・プロジェクトの進捗管理、分析、改善提案

・既存サービスの整理および改善提案

・課題のヒアリングおよび要件の整理

・新たなサービスのUI、運用方法の理解

・チーム内でのプロジェクト推進

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・ITエンジニアとしてSE/PLのポジションでの経験 3年以上

<求めるマインド【必須】>

・お客様のイメージを基に提案ベースに抽象化できる方

・自分事と捉えて、プロジェクト推進ができる方

・提供するサービスのITシステムに興味を持てる方

・既存のシステム・業務を理解し、お客様の理解度に合わせた改善提案できる方

・泥臭い業務でもコツコツ仕事を進めていける方
