クライアントは、日本国内で強いECプレゼンスを持ち、複数ブランドを展開するグローバルアパレル小売企業です。オンライン事業の拡大に伴い、千葉エリアの3PL運営ディストリビューションセンター体制を強化し、より速く安定したサービスを全国のお客様に提供することを目指しています。

職務内容

  • 入荷業務全体の管理:新規商品の受入れから検品・格納までをリードし、ウェブサイトで販売可能な状態までをSLA内で完了させる。
  • トレード&カスタムチームと連携し、コンテナ・トラックの配送スケジュールを調整し、3PLへ事前共有してスムーズな入荷準備を実現する。
  • 出荷業務をモニタリングし、お客様注文がウェブサイト記載のリードタイムどおりに発送・配送されるよう管理する。
  • セールスチームと連携して出荷フォーキャストを作成し、3PLと共有した上で計画と実績を定期的にフォローする。
  • 返品業務を管理し、返品商品の受入れ・返金・再販準備がSLA内で完了するよう3PLと連携する。
  • 入荷・出荷・返品それぞれについて、3PLのオペレーションパフォーマンスと生産性を定期的に確認し、計画・SLA・KPI・グループ標準との整合性を確保する。
  • カスタマーサービスセンターとの窓口として、商品関連の問い合わせ・調査依頼に対し、3PLと協働して事実確認・是正を行い、結果をCSへフィードバックする。
  • PSR(Product Service Responsible)として、定期的な現場での商品品質チェックや3PLからの品質レポート確認、海外中央チームからの指示に基づく対応を実施する。
  • 四半期ごとの倉庫監査を行い、改善点を特定し、3PLへ具体的なフィードバックと改善提案を行う。
  • フィリンググレードなどの指標を用いて在庫状況をモニタリングし、オーバーフローの兆候を早期に把握して、マネジメントチームとロケーション設計を計画する。
  • DCレベルのテクノロジーインフラやWMSなどのシステム運用をサポートし、システム連携やインシデント対応を通じて安定稼働を支える。
  • グループ標準に基づいたベストプラクティスの業務手順や、効率的かつサステナブルなプロセスの構築・改善に貢献する。

理想の人材

  • 物流センター/ディストリビューションセンターでの実務経験をお持ちの方(EC、リテール、3PL環境での経験歓迎)。
  • 入荷・出荷・返品・在庫などDCオペレーションのプロセスを理解し、WMS等の倉庫システムとのつながりを把握している方。
  • 3PLとの協業経験(SLA・KPI管理、日次のオペレーションフォローなど)をお持ちの方。
  • DCレベルのテクノロジー/システム運用サポートの経験、または新機能・アップデートを短期間でキャッチアップできるITリテラシー。
  • 課題を自ら発見し、現場と連携しながら解決までやりきるプロアクティブかつハンズオンなスタイル。
  • DCマネジメント、カスタマーサービス、トレード&カスタム、海外チームなど、複数ステークホルダーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力。
  • 変化や成長を前向きに捉え、多様性を尊重しながら周囲と協働できるアジャイルなマインドセット。
  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル(読み・書き・会話)でのコミュニケーションが可能な方。
  • 日本での就労が可能な方(就労ビザをすでにお持ちの方)。
