【仕事内容】

【業務内容について】

・NTTグループの施設中心に、オフィスや通信施設、データセンター構築を中心とした、

同社設計施工案件における現場マネジメント業務を担当頂きます。 まずは工事管理者(現場代理人)を経験したのち、

適正を見てプロジェクトマネージャーにチャレンジ頂ける環境です。 具体的な業務は下記を参照。

・発注者、設計者との要件整理、協力会社(ゼネコン、サブコン、内装工事会社)への指示・指導により、現場責任者(現場代理人や監理技術者等)として円滑かつ安全な工事の推進及び高品質な施工品質を確保。

・プロジェクト全体のコスト管理の他、品質管理や工程管理がメイン業務

(案件によっては安全管理も実施致します。)

【特徴】

工事案件はNTTグループの施設などがメインです。(改修8割・新築2割)

設計も同社が担当していることが多く、社内連携がとりやすく働きやすいです

工事案件:都内近郊・首都圏が中心です。案件により数か月の出張あり(出張期間中は、現場付近に宿泊施設を会社が用意してくれます)

現在8名(30代~40代 中途社員の方が多数活躍しています) +で増員を予定しています。

【求める人材】

<応募に必須な条件>

<必須スキル・資格>

・3年以上改修・新築建築工事や内装工事等における工事管理の経験、知識を有すること。(その他:通信施設、データセンター構築経験があれば尚可。オフィス、研究所、工場、病院の工事管理経験も歓迎)

事務所ビルや通信施設、データセンタをはじめとした新築・改修工事の現場管理が主な業務※発注者、設計者、協力会社等、プロジェクト関係者をまとめ、現場をマネジメントするコミュニケーション能力を有し、かつ常に高い品質や安全を追求することのできる方。

・次の資格のいずれかを取得済・予定の方 一級建築士、1級建築施工管理技士、監理技術者(建築工事業又は内装仕上工事業)※年齢・経験により2級以上や未資格も相談可。

<望ましいスキル・資格>

・ゼネコン、サブコン、内装工事会社での勤務経験

・新築建築工事や内装工事等の工事主任~所長経験者が望ましい。(若くて複数現場等経験あれば担当レベルでも可能性あり。)

・プロジェクトマネージメントの経験、知識があれば尚可。

・現場経験者以外でも、施工品質管理、安全管理の店社側の立場の経験も評価。

【採用事例】

・30代前半、1級建築施工管理技士、大手ゼネコンにてデーターセンター新築工事経験者(5年程度)

・30代後半・1級建築施工管理技士、中堅ゼネコンにて、病院など新築工事(9年) 産業用製品エンジニアリング会社で設備工事経験(5年)

・30代前半・1級建築施工管理技士・内装の施工管理(5年)

【給与】

年収例:600万円~900万円程度

※時間外35時間/月、賞与に関連する評価を「標準的な評価」とした場合の算出例となります。(標準的な評価:5段階評価の真ん中)

※課長職での採用の場合は、この水準以上となります。

※この他に、対象となる方には、子育て・介護手当、住宅補助が支給されます。

※上記年収はあくまで想定の幅となります。給与は経験・能力・前給等により考慮し優遇いたします。
