構造化データ・非構造化データの双方を含め、グローバル・サプライチェーンに関わるあらゆる業務プロセス、データ形式、ステークホルダーを単一のプラットフォーム上で接続します。各ステークホルダーは自身の立場や役割に応じてUIをパーソナライズすることができ、国境を越えたリアルタイムなコラボレーションを可能にします。


業務内容:
お客様とのミーティングにオフラインで参加し、幅広くプロジェクト推進、価値提供の業務を企画、遂行していただきます。

Presales Consultant

Job Title:
Presales Consultant Experience Required: 3+ years (Open to a wide range of candidates, from high-potential talent to fully experienced professionals)

is a data integration platform (Data Hub) designed for global supply chains.

We connect the entire business processes, data formats, and stakeholders, including both structured and unstructured data, for global supply chains on our platform, where each stakeholder can personalize the UI based on their own perspective, enabling real-time collaboration across borders.

Job Summary
You will participate in offline (on-site) client meetings to lead project promotion and plan/execute value delivery initiatives. This role requires a broad approach to driving success beyond just software development.

Key Responsibilities
(Note:
You are not expected to cover all areas immediately; flexibility is key)

Business Analysis:
Analyze client workflows and business processes.

Client Proposals:
Propose solutions and strategies to clients.

Data Preparation:
Organize and cleanse data for implementation/usage.

Project Management:
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

General Project Promotion:
Handle various non-development tasks required to drive the project forward.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Client Negotiation:
Proven experience in client-facing roles and negotiation.

Workflow Analysis:
Ability to analyze and visualize business processes.

Industry Experience:
Experience in B2B sectors (especially Manufacturing), services for enterprise clients, or work experience within a large enterprise.

Bilingual Proficiency:
Capable of working in both Japanese and English (Japanese for client interactions; English for internal communication).


Nice-to-Have:
Experience in Management or Business Consulting.
Experience in B2B Software Pre-sales.
Experience in Software Customer Support.
Background as a Software Engineer.
Background as a UX Designer.
Proficiency in Chinese or Southeast Asian languages.
