『児童指導員』として3歳~18歳(20歳)までの子ども達の支援業務を担当します。

将来的に自立できるように、生活や考え方のサポート全般を行います。

具体的には…

・生活の支援(起床・就寝、入浴、着替え、食事、買い物、洗濯・掃除、身の回りの物の管理など)

・教育の支援(通学時や学校内での付き添い、宿題の点検 など)

・土日や児童の長期休暇中は外出支援や調理活動等も行います。

*宿直勤務あり(週1回 22時~翌6時)

宿直勤務時の平均的な労働時間は、1時間程度です。それ以外の時間帯は、仮眠時間となります。

(急病時、緊急時の対応や、幼児の夜泣き等に対応することがあります)

- 必要資格

〇児童指導員として、配置できる資格取得見込みのある方

(配置可能資格例)

・社会福祉士

・精神保健福祉士

・小・中・高 いずれかの教員免許

・4大卒者(社会福祉学、心理学、教育学または社会学、を履修した方)*外国の大学も可

・児童指導員任用資格

・保育士

月給: 241,000円 ~ 260,000円

・基本給 150,000円

・処遇手当 50,000円~51,000円(資格手当不支給の方は51,000円支給)

・居住支援手当 20,000円

・固定手当 20,000円

- 固定手当は11~12時間相当のみなし残業手当として定額支給。相当時間超過分は追加支給。

・資格手当 20,000円/月額(保育士)、10,000円/月額(社会福祉士/精神保健福祉士)

・宿直手当 6000円/1回 ※1月平均5回

・賞与年2回(7月、1月)
