保護犬猫カフェでのサービス管理責任者

【仕事内容】

保護犬猫カフェでのサービス管理責任者として、

利用者さまの就労支援と店舗運営を中心に担当します。

・就労相談、支援計画書の作成

・利用者さまのアセスメントやモニタリング

・見学対応や関係機関との連携、調整

・店舗運営に関わる業務全般

・従事すべき業務や就業場所の変更範囲内での調整

【給与】

月給360,000円~400,000円

※ご経験や資格により異なります

【給与内訳】

・基本給200,000円

・役職手当50,000円(緊急手当含む)

・業務手当50,000円

・資格手当 20,000円

・処遇改善加算40,000円(研修期間中は10,000円)

・昇給あり(年1回)

・賞与あり(年2回)

試用期間2ヵ月あり(月給330,000円)

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

サービス管理責任者として必要な研修を修了している方

  • 完全週休二日制(シフト制)
