【仕事内容】

保護犬猫カフェでのサービス管理責任者として、利用者さまの就労支援と店舗運営を中心に担当します。

・就労相談、支援計画書の作成

・利用者さまのアセスメントやモニタリング

・見学対応や関係機関との連携、調整

・店舗運営に関わる業務全般

・従事すべき業務や就業場所の変更範囲内での調整

月給 360,000円 ~ 400,000円

※ご経験や資格により異なります

・基本給200,000円

・役職手当50,000円(緊急手当含む)

・業務手当50,000円

私たちは、保護犬猫たちと人が笑顔でつながる場を提供することを大切にしています。

アネラとはハワイ語で「天使」の意味。

ここで出会う一匹一匹の犬猫たちは、まるで天使のように人に幸せを運んでくれます。

寄付や募金に頼らず、カフェや物販の収益を保護犬猫の医療費や活動費に充て、少しでも多くの命を救うことを目指しているのも私たちの特徴です。

そんな私たちの思いを、代表はこう語っています。

「一匹を救っても世界は変わらないかもしれません。でも、その一匹の世界は永遠に変わります。私たちは目の前の命に向き合い、犬猫と人がともに幸せになれる社会をつくりたいと思っています。」
