仕事内容


【人事課担当】

・労務に関する業務(勤怠関連)

・福利厚生に関する業務(駐車場管理、当番表管理、医療費補助など)

・会議資料作成

・各種届出書類の処理業務

・病院実習生、見学者受け入れ対応業務

など

病院内で個人情報の取り扱いが多い部署になります

守秘義務の徹底、手続きミスの防止(正確性が必要)を心がけて勤務をお願いします

初対面の方でも和やかに対応できるコミュニケーション能力が求められます

始業準備

メールチェック

当日の予定確認

急ぎの問い合わせ対応

  • 9:00~10:30

勤怠チェック

勤怠システムで各部署の勤怠状況を確認

異常があれば該当部署に連絡

  • 10:30~12:00

各種届出書類処理や会議資料作成

  • 13:00~14:30

労務に関する業務の続き

福利厚生に関する業務

(駐車場管理、当番表管理、医療費補助など)

  • 14:30~16:00

来客対応、職員対応

見学者、病院実習生受け入れ対応

職員からの問い合わせ対応など

  • 16:00~17:00

事務処理、翌日の準備

人事データの更新や資料作成

当日の業務記録、メール返信、翌日の予定確認など

給与


【給与】

時給 1,350円

※別途交通費規定支給

近鉄天理線 天理駅 から車5分

近鉄橿原線 筒井駅 から車20分

JR関西本線(大和路線)(加茂~JR難波) 郡山駅 から車25分

※バス停「憩の家外来棟」下車すぐ

ExcelやWordなどの基本的なPC操作が可能であれば問題なく活躍いただけます
