新たにスタートする業務のサポートをお任せします

\ 未経験でも安心のチーム体制 /

常時2名以上の体制で稼働するため、わからないことはすぐに相談できる環境です

  • お仕事内容

チャットとお電話によるお問い合わせ対応業務です。

チャットは、某芸能事務所のファンクラブ入会方法やご要望、

ECサイト関連のお問い合わせに対して返信いただきます。

電話は代表電話への取次ぎとなるため、

専門的な知識は不必要クレーム対応などはありません。

難しい交渉や電話営業などは一切ありません。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1120円 〜 1470円

*交通費支給

  • 弊社規定内/月1万1500円迄

*残業代は1分単位で支給

*昇給あり

*継続年数1年につき+10円の加算

(上限あり)

  • 続ければ続けるだけメリットあり

*リーダー職:時給1,170円
