仕事内容:

自社ブランド「candymagic」「ReVIA」「SIE」などのカラーコンタクトレンズの広報活動をお任せします。SNS運用やコンテンツ制作に関わる業務を通じて、商品の魅力を消費者に届けていくポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

・Instagram、TikTok、XなどSNSアカウントの企画・運用(投稿案・写真撮影・文章作成・DM対応など)

・広告キャンペーンの企画サポート・進行管理

・商品開発チームとの連携や広報戦略の提案

※服装や髪色・ネイルも自由な社風で、自分らしく働けます

※商品企画チーム配属予定。希望や適性によっては、開発にも関われるチャンスあり

・基本的なオフィスワーク経験(Word・Excel・PowerPoint)

・SNS運用に関する基本知識

・社外との業務連携経験(メール対応・電話など)

【歓迎スキル・ご経験】

・SNSへの美容関連投稿経験(Instagram・LIPS・YouTube等)

・Photoshop/illustrator等を使った画像作成経験

・美容やコスメに関心があり、情報収集が好きな方

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~18:00(所定労働時間7時間)

【休憩】60分

【残業】有 *月10時間程度

【備考】固定残業代の相当時間:10.0時間/月

アクセス:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥470,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥16,667〜¥31,334(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:300万円〜564万円

月給:250,000円~470,000円

※固定残業代(10時間分/16,667円~31,334円)を含む

※超過分別途支給

※経験・能力・前職年収を考慮し決定

・昇給年1回

・賞与なし(代わりにインセンティブ制度あり)
