同社は、荷物と車両と便のマッチングとリソース最適化を実現する自社プロダクト・サービスの開発しています。

物流業界が抱える「物流2024年問題」と呼ばれる社会課題を業界構造から解決するプロダクトとサービスです。

官公庁や大手コンサル、大手荷主企業との連携を背景に、上場を視野にこれから大きく成長していく想定です。

本ポジションでは、テクニカル領域をリードしていくスキルを獲得、もしくは発揮していただき、自社プロダクト・サービスの内製開発を担っていただきます。

  • 『ロジGo』とは

配送業務における紙・FAX・CSVなどのデータを統合し、ドラッグ&ドロップでトラックの予定表を作成できるSaaS業務支援ツールです。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・基本設計の主導:システム構成の設計、機能設計、データモデル設計、画面・帳票・連携IFの設計、ユーザーフロー/画面遷移図の作成、基本設計レビューの運用

・詳細設計の主導:サブシステム/モジュール分割、ERD/スキーマ設計、データライフサイクル設計、処理・例外・再実行設計、詳細設計レビュー/ソースコードレビューの運用

・アーキテクチャ設計:API境界、ジョブ/バッチの粒度、整合性・冪等性の方針、データ品質・監査可能性の確保、アーキテクチャ設計レビューの運用

・非機能要件の具体化:性能/可用性/セキュリティ/運用・監視の設計と検証(負荷試験計画含む)

・PL業務:WBS策定、実装計画・運用、品質ゲートの管理、タスク/進捗管理、リスク・課題の管理およびエスカレーション

・ステークホルダー連携:営業・プロジェクト推進部との連携による要件トレーサビリティの担保

  • ミッション

・利用者視点の基本設計(画面・帳票・インタフェース)と、実装直前の詳細設計(モジュール分割・データ構造・処理設計)の統括

・非機能要件(性能・可用性・セキュリティ・監視/ログ・運用・コスト)の具体化と達成

・アーキテクチャ方針の策定と技術的意思決定、開発チームの生産性と品質の両立

入社直後は、週5出社をベースとしていただきますが、業務面で慣れてきましたらハイブリッド勤務していただくことも可能です。

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均10時間〜20時間

【給与】

600万円〜1200万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額500010円〜 基本給380960円〜

月額=月額基本給+固定残業代(月40時間分として119050円以上/超過分別途追加支給)
