カスタマーサクセス(バース管理)【ラクスル×セイノーHD/成長SaaS:物流DX/注目企業】

【仕事内容】

24年11月にM&Aにより承継した「トラック簿」や25年2月に承継を予定している「トラッカーズマネージャー」といった物流現場の改革を図るSaaSプロダクトのカスタマーサクセス業務をご担当いただきます。

【業務内容】

・営業が開拓した顧客の業務深掘りと現地視察による課題抽出

?お客様の業務や現場課題を正しく理解するために、初期段階から現地視察や詳細なヒアリングを行います。業務フローや運用実態を把握し、課題の解像度を高めるところからスタートします

・営業メンバーとの連携と導入計画・提案設計

?営業チームと連携し、お客様の業務特性や導入スケジュールに応じた提案を行います。CSチームも商談同席の機会もあります

・契約後のオンボーディングおよび導入支援の伴走

?導入決定後は、2ヶ月~3ヶ月ほどの期間でプロダクト定着を支援します。現場運用に沿った導入支援を設計・実行し、スムーズな立ち上げと成果創出を実現します。

・利用開始後の顧客課題やニーズの把握、フィードバックヒアリング

?プロダクト利用が開始された後も、継続的にお客様と接点を持ち、現場の悩みや要望をタイムリーに把握します。改善点を明確化しながら、長期的な活用を支援を行います

・プロダクトチームとの連携による機能改善提案

お客様の声を一次情報として社内に還元します。PdMなどと連携し、改善提案や新機能の企画に携わることもあります

・商談方法:対面2割 / オンライン8割(案件状況により変動・出張あり)
