事務業務に加えて、業務改善で会社に貢献できるお仕事です

同社の総務人事課にて総務労務・法務の事務業務全般をお任せいたします。

同社のコーポレートスタッフ職はただの「事務職」ではありません。

与えられた業務をこなすだけでなく、仕事に自主的・主体的に取り組み、

正確さとスピードを両立し総合職と二人三脚で業務を進めます。

業務改善・業務効率化につながる提案も大歓迎です。

  • 法務関連

・重要事項説明書の内容確認

・売買契約書の内容確認

・労災対応、社労士との連携

・合意書や基本契約書の作成

・新入社員への人事制度説明

  • 総務労務関連

・社内行事、年間イベントの手配、運営

・社内制度の改善、推進

・備品、ファシリティ管理

・労務管理、勤怠管理、給与関連業務(給与計算は外注)

  • 全部署共通

・郵便物の発送及び仕分け

・来客応対

・電話やメールの応対

給与


月給 26万7000円~34万4000円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり4万5990円~5万6760円(固定残業時間:45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【想定年収】4,032,700~5,187,680円

【基本給】190,000~244,500円

  • 賞与:年2回
  • 昇給:あり(優秀な成果を上げた場合年2回のチャンスあり)
