一般的な小児科クリニックでは、めまぐるしい診療でこどもひとりひとりとかかわる時間が少ない。

【お仕事内容】

・食物負荷試験時の看護・観察

・スキンケア指導、吸入指導

・呼吸機能検査の実施

・鼻汁吸引、吸入、浣腸、採血などの処置

・クリニック内清掃(全員で行います)

院長はスタッフとの

年に2回、各スタッフとの面談を実施。

アレルギー科・小児科未経験でも大歓迎

専門性が高いクリニックなので、

最初は戸惑うことが多いかもしれませんが、

食物負荷試験など、初めてのことは

先輩看護師さんがサポートしてくれるので、

未経験の方でもすぐにマスターできます

現在、30代・40代・50代の、

家庭と両立する主婦パートさん活躍中。

小児看護が未経験だった看護師も活躍しています。

看護師は午前3名体制、午後2名体制なので、

困ったときはすぐ相談、月1回のミーティングで

知識を深めることもできるので安心です。

平日のみ、午前のみでOKなので

お子さんの発熱などによる急なお休みや
