【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】

公共システム事業部は官公庁、自治体、外郭団体等公共分野のお客様を、ITの側面から50年以上にわたって支援しております。

その中で、当部では東京エリアの自治体等公共分野のお客様の業務システムからインフラ基盤、新規DX関連システムの設計・構築、運用・保守までをサポートしています。

【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】

東京エリアの自治体分野のお客様に対して、インフラ基盤となるプラットフォームの提供や各種住民サービスや職員業務を支える内部事務システム、AI・データ分析などの各種DX関連システムを提供し、住民の社会インフラを支えます。

【募集背景】

27年度以降に大規模システムにおけるクラウド化やセキュリティ強化等を控えており、現在提案活動及び構成検討を実施中です。本大規模システムのクラウド化やセキュリティ強化等に際して、企画・提案から設計・構築、稼働後の運用維持までを一緒に担当して頂くメンバーを募集しています。

また、上記以外でも各種ITシステムの導入をとおして、ともに社会貢献を行っていくメンバーを募集しています。

【職務概要】

東京エリアで、都民が豊かで実りある生活を送るための自治体業務を支えるITインフラ基盤の各プロジェクトを推進するリーダorサブリーダを担当して頂きます。

【職務詳細】

現時点では、27年度以降に控えている大規模プロジェクトに対して、以下の作業をリーダorサブリーダとして対応して頂くことを考えております。

(提案プロジェクト)

・顧客要件の確認、システム構成検討、製品ベンダやSIer調整、見積、各種提案対応

(設計、構築プロジェクト)

・プロジェクト計画策定、プロジェクトの監視・コントロール

・基本設計、詳細設計、運用設計などの各種設計の取り纏め、レビュー対応

・テスト計画及び品質計画策定、進捗・工程管理、品質管理、課題管理、

(保守運用プロジェクト)

・サービス計画策定、各種サービスの管理・評価・改善

【働く環境】

1.配属組織/チーム

配属組織は約40名程度で構成されています。

担当して頂く対象システムのプロジェクトメンバ数は協力会社も含めピーク時約100名程度を想定しています。

年齢層は20代から50代までと幅広く、チームワークよく、和気あいあいとした雰囲気の中で営業と一体となって、事業を推進しています。

2.働き方について

働き方改革の一貫として在宅勤務と拠点勤務をハイブリッドでの勤務体系を実現しています。

顧客との打ち合わせも対面やリモート会議などを組み合わせて、柔軟に対応しています。

応募資格
【必須条件】

■資格

・基本情報技術者資格(FE)

■業務経験

・インフラ構築プロジェクトにおけるチームリーダーor サブリーダ経験(2年以上)

・インフラ構築プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト経験(4年以上)

・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル(開発進捗管理/品質管理/コミュニケーション力)

【歓迎条件】

■資格

・応用情報技術者資格(AP)

・高度情報処理の資格

・PMP(Project Management Professional)

・クラウド資格

(AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate相当以上)

■業務経験

・ハードウェア(サーバ、ネットワーク、ストレージ)、ソフトウェア(OS、ミドルウェア)に関する知識を有する方。

上記を用いたインフラ構築経験(4年以上)

・構成検討から保守運用までひと通りの知識を有する方(インフラ環境構築or稼働維持経験が4年以上)。

・ITスペシャリストのスキルを有しており、フロント対応SEとして顧客や協力会社調整、プロジェクトの計画策定から管理・推進ができる方。
