【仕事内容】

クロス・マーケティンググループのITソリューション部門として、スマートフォンや

Webアプリケーションの受託開発を手掛けるデジタルソリューション部システム開発グループの部長として、

エンジニア組織の統括を担当します。

開発組織の統括、品質強化、プロジェクトの進捗管理、技術スキルや開発ノウハウの共有、

エンジニア採用活動、スキル向上に向けた教育・育成、評価制度の運用、

経営への技術側面での提言などを行います。

また、リサーチ事業やITソリューション事業を行う子会社の経営管理にも携わります。

【具体的には】

・ 開発組織の統括、品質強化

・ グループ配下のプロジェクトの進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理

・ 技術スキルや開発ノウハウなどのナレッジ共有の推進

・ エンジニア採用活動(採用広報、採用計画立案・実行、面談・面接対応)

・ エンジニアのスキル向上に向けた教育・育成の推進、評価制度の運用

・ 経営ならびに事業方針への技術側面での提言

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ スマホアプリ開発またはPHP/Javaなどを使用したWeb系システム開発のプロジェクトにおいてSE/PLのご経験(5年以上)

・ 開発組織のラインマネジメントのご経験(5年以上)

・ クライアント向けの開発プロジェクトのご経験

【歓迎】

・ネイティブアプリケーションのサービスの構築、運用経験

・高可用性が求められるシステムの設計、構築、運用経験

【給与】

年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
