Position:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes.

This includes implementing resources strategies to attract top talent, ensuring that hiring practices align with our organisation's goals, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.


Collaborating with hiring managers to assess resource requirements and ensure that all recruiting and hiring efforts meet the company's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy
Implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives. Continuously refine processes to attract diverse, high-quality and qualified individuals.

End-to-End Recruitment Cycle

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, data mining, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for all levels of hires, from entry-level to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide hiring recommendations, and ensure job descriptions and qualifications are relevant.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding
Champion our employer brand and strategic position to attract top talent.

Work closely with the Group Communications teams to ensure recruitment materials (branding and outreach) are aligned with company values and culture.

Data-Driven Reporting & Metrics

Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire, aging report) and utilise reports to provide insights on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and share with the key stakeholders.

Compliance & Diversity Initiatives
Ensure recruitment processes, collateral and materials comply with legal and ethical standards. Promote diversity and inclusion in all talent acquisition practices.

Budget Management

Manage recruitment budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient hiring strategies while maintaining a high standard of quality in candidate interview and selection.

Continuous Improvement
Continuously evaluate, enhance and improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to drive better outcomes and support business growth.

Team Leadership & Development
Mentor team members, ensuring that they meet performance targets and adhere to best practices. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions, from entry-level to senior executive roles
Knowledge of sourcing channels/platforms, systems, tools and best practices
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, a team-oriented culture mindset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Good understanding of labour laws and equal employment opportunity guidelines
