仕事内容:

これまでは営業やCSが日ごとお客様と接点を持ちながら下記記載の事務処理を行ってきましたが、今回のポジションでは業務に取り組んでいただきながら、業務プロセスの課題発見から改善立案、実行・運用までを一貫してお任せします

AIなどを含めた扱うツールや業務領域は多岐にわたりますが、改善余地が豊富にあるため、非常にやりがいのある環境です◎

データの集計業務

・営業実績、売上数値等の集計・分析

・Googleスプレッドシートを活用したデータ管理

・月次・四半期レポートの作成

・KPI指標の可視化とレポーティング

・カスタマーサクセスチームと連携した、ユーザーの利用状況のデータ集計

ユーザーサポートページ運営

・Notionを活用したサポートページの企画・作成

・よくある質問(FAQ)コンテンツの更新・メンテナンス

・ユーザー向けマニュアルやガイドラインの整備

・サポートページの利便性向上のための改善提案

営業資料作成・管理

・Googleドキュメントを使用した提案資料の作成・修正

・プレゼンテーション資料のブラッシュアップ

・営業ツールの整備・更新

・資料テンプレートの標準化・管理

カスタマーサポート業務

・お客様からの電話・メールでの問い合わせ対応

・製品・サービスに関する質問への一次対応

・技術的な問い合わせの一次対応と適切な部署への取り次ぎ

初めはレベニュー統括マネージャーのアシスタントとして上記業務に取り組んでいただきながら、徐々に責任範囲を広げ、ご活躍の幅を広げていただけます

勤務時間・曜日:

フルフレックスタイム制 (1日8h目安)

⇒フレキシブルタイム 【5:00~22:00】

休暇・休日:

土曜日、日曜日、祝日を基本として会社カレンダーに詳細を定めます。

※基本的に完全週休2日制(土・日)ですが、

年2回(5月・11月)は合宿のため土曜出勤日があります。

※週1回程度オフィス(大阪)と、年4回の全社イベント時に出社日あり (うち2回は1泊2日の合宿※5月、11月)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥275,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給27万5,000円~

※上記金額には固定残業代 (40時間分、6万5,000円~)が含まれます。

超過分は全額支給します。

※経験・スキルを考慮し、金額を決定します。
