- 部署のビジョン/ミッション(ビジネス展望・顧客提供価値)
製造業において、ビジネス課題解決・業務改革のためのレガシーシステムの刷新、新しい製品開発プロセスへの移行に対する意欲が非常に高まるとともに、生産準備領域に関しても業務効率を上げることを目標とされているケースが多く、「工程設計」領域における支援が増えています。当社では、生産準備PLM導入を軸に、業務改善やITの有効活用を通じて多くの製造業のお客様の品質向上(Quality)、コスト削減(Cost)、期間短縮(Delivery)に貢献していきます。
- 職務内容
主に、生産準備部門に対する業務コンサルティング、生産準備PLM(BOP)に関するソリューション提案、ITシステム導入・支援、付随プログラム開発をお任せします。
<期待役割>
・生産準備領域の顧客担当者と業務に関する会話・ヒアリングを通じて現状の問題や課題の抽出
・目標達成に向けた課題や現状の問題点などを整理し、改善施策を設定
・改善施策(主にシステム的なアプローチ)の提案
・顧客とのワークショップを通じて顧客業務でシステムを有効活用できるようになる...
【求める人材】
【必須】★コンサルティング未経験可/以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
■生産準備PLM or 生産準備デジタルソリューション導入経験 3年以上
■生産準備部門での組立/溶接/塗装の工程設計業務経験 3年以上
■生産準備協働ロボットの設計/設定業務経験 3年以上

・生産準備領域におけるコンサルティング経験
【給与】
720万円~1200万円
※上記年収は目安です。前職の給与・スキル・年齢・経験・能力・実績等に応じて決定致します。
※新卒例)大学院了…251000円、大学卒…231000円
