【仕事内容】
組織で取り扱っている生産管理ソリューションの製品知識、技術要素を習得いただき、ソリューション導入の要件定義、基本設計、カスタマイズ開発、テスト、保守といった一連の工程を段階的にご担当いただきます。
ご希望や適性に応じてアサインを決定しますので、複数のプロジェクトで経験と実績を積み重ね、1~2年後にはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしてご活躍いただきます。
将来的には、工場新設時の生産管理システムの企画立案に携わるようなコンサルタントとしてのご活躍も期待しています。

■入社後
入社2ヶ月程度は、生産管理ソリューションのメーカーによる研修、e-Learningによる自己学習により製品知識、技術要素を習得いただきます。プロジェクトへのアサイン後は先輩社員とのOJTを通じて業務知識を習得いただきます。その後は2~3年後のキャリアプランを作成いただき、上司との面談にてキャリアの方向性の認識を合わせます...

■基本情報技術者/応用情報技術者(任意)
■オープンシステム開発経験 または、パッケージをベースとしたカスタマイズ開発、導入経験 ※いずれか1年以上

□生産管理システム開発/保守/運用経験

600万円~1000万円
