【事業・組織構成の概要】

首都圏の水道事業者向けSI事業を担うソリューション営業部門です。

業界ニーズを取り入れたミッションクリティカルなシステムを構築し、安心・安全な社会の実現に貢献しています。

【職務内容】

首都圏の水道事業者へのアカウント営業として、お客様の課題抽出及び仮説提案を通じNECの価値を訴求することにより、事業領域の拡大・成長に寄与していただきます。

具体的には、以下の役割となります。

・既存システム(主に監視制御システム)に対する更新提案(入札・随契対応含む)

・新規領域(現場・技術系システム)へのリプレース活動の計画及び実行(上流活動重視)

・受注・収益拡大(当期実績、次年度以降のプロスペクトの案件拡大)

・お客様との持続可能な信頼関係の構築

・社内関係者と連携・けん引するリーダー

・中期計画の策定及び中期計画に基づいた新規領域の獲得およびPJ推進

・日本を代表する都市の水道事業者であるビックユーザーと関係を構築し、様々なステークホルダーから刺激と切磋琢磨を受けながら、経験を積めるポジションです。

・日本の社会インフラを支える基盤システムにおける企画提案から運用まで、高い視座でビジネス全体の変革及びマネジメントを行う経験が出来ます。

・入社直後は、監視制御系システムを中心とした提案をグループメンバー+SEと共に推進いただく予定です。中長期的には経験・スキルに基づいた営業リーダー・管理職への登用パスはもちろん,水道事業だけではなく、ライフライン(電力他)領域まで活動範囲を広げて活躍できるポジションもあり、自身のスキルセット及び可能性を幅広く環境が用意されています。

・営業として、システム提案の経験

・官公庁/自治体での入札案件対応

【WANT】

・チーム内でのリーダーシップ(自身が担当したプロジェクト例示)

・過去、水道業界での業務経験

・顧客と共創およびサービス立ち上げを実現した業務経験

・OAスキル(表計算ソフトによる見積作成、プレゼンテーション資料作成等)を有している

・様々なステークホルダーを率いるためのコミュニケーションや折衝の経験

・チーム内でのメンバーとの協調(自身が担当したプロジェクト例示)

担当の場合

主任の場合

・年収680万〜930万円程度

・月給44万〜61万円程度(月額基本給35万〜49万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による

担当の場合

・年収480万〜660万円程度

・月給30万〜41万円程度(月額基本給30万〜41万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
