株式会社HRdevは「採用の再現性を獲得する」ことを目指し、IT・AI時代における組織の重要ポジションであるエンジニア・プロダクト組織採用に特化した採用支援に取り組んでいます。

会社としてはHRという領域の中でエンジニア・プロダクト系組織の中途採用に特化しており、特にダイレクトリクルーティングを主軸とした採用実行支援に強みを持っています。顧客企業が採用支援に求める役割をRPOとしてAIの補助を受けながら人手で提供しつつ、それらを磨いて個別のプロダクト・事業化を重ねていくことで事業成長を実現していきたいと考えています。

業務内容

弊社のRPOは採用業務を全般代行する「採用パートナー」サービスと、エンジニア・プロダクト組織に特化した「ダイレクトリクルーティング支援」を軸としたサービスを提供しています。ご入社後はご経験とプロジェクトの状況を見ならアサイン致します。

採用プロジェクトで活躍する採用アシスタントとして、候補者対応や採用媒体の運用、エージェントコミュニケーション、ドキュメント作成、スカウトリストの作成・文章作成・送信までクライアント担当やディレクターと連携しつつ横断的に携わります。

入社後はOJTを通して専門知識についてキャッチアップしながら適正と意欲に合わせて業務範囲を徐々に広げていただきます。

・定例ミーティングの参加、議事録作成

・候補者面接日程調整

・スカウトのリスト作成、文章作成、送信、集計

・求人票の更新サポート

・その他採用オペレーションの改善、提案、実施

・各種ナレッジのドキュメント化

・スポットワーク企業のエンジニア/PdM/PMM/デザイナーのダイレクトソーシング支援

・経営管理SaaS企業のエンジニアスカウト支援

・物流プラットフォーム企業の採用全般及びスカウト支援 など

【 業務ツール 】

業務は原則フルリモートで実施するため、複数のオンラインツールを利用します。

・Gmail, Google Docs/Spreadsheet/Presentation

・Zoom, Meet, Slack

・Notion

・Gemini

※その他必要なツールは貸与いたします。

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・下記いずれかのご経験

- 人事、RPO(採用代行)など採用に関する実務経験

- 人材紹介、SESの顧客担当、人材担当いずれかの実務経験

- ディレクター、プロジェクトマネージャーなどプロジェクト推進が主体となる業務経験

・Slack, Google Workspace(Gmail / Google Meet), Notion を用いた業務経験

・ショートカットキーを用いた日常的な PC 操作経験

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥416,700は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,690〜¥77,810(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
