採用背景


当部門では三菱電機のネットワーク設計・構築業務を実施しております。

直近では三菱電機の戦略としてITインフラの再整備を実行中のため、その重要ミッションを担っています。

インフラセキュリティ強化(ゼロトラスト等)、次期グループネットワークの構想と展開および無線LAN展開など対応する必要があり、また当部の戦略として、今後IT基盤業務のアウトソース拡大など新たな取り組み活動が増えることが想定されており、募集を開始しました。

業務内容


三菱電機をはじめ電機グループ各社ネットワークの設計・構築から運用・保守までの一貫したサービスを提供しており、以下のサービスに携わっていただきます。

〈広域ネットワークサービス〉

次期グループネットワークの構想検討ならびに設計業務

〈構内ネットワークサービス〉

三菱電機および電機グループの構内ネットワークの仕様を標準化し、各社に適用するサービス設計を行う業務

  • 業務詳細:

(1)お客様向け提案を通じたネットワークの要件定義、設計

(2)ネットワーク機器の検証作業(PoC)

・クライアントOS:Windows

・クラウド:プライベートクラウド、AWS、Azureを三菱電機グループ向けにパッケージされたサービスを利用

・ネットワーク(Cisco等)

管理職と課員の課内ミーティング、チームミーティング、1on1ミーティングでコミュニケーションが取れるため、悩み事や相談事があれば気軽に相談できます。

キャリアパス


1~3ケ月ほどOJTを実施後、プロジェクトに参画いただきます。OJTでは、三菱電機および電機グループのネットワークを把握いただき運用業務に従事いただく場合もあります(熟練経験者の方は、即時主担当となるケースもございます)。

若手技術者の方は、OJTに加えて、ネットワークや品質面などの社内講座を受講いただきます。

プロジェクトは、2年~3年計画のため、完了後は、事業化を行い各社に展開いただきます。

上記のように、エンジニアとしてのスキルだけではなく、事業(経営)にも携わることも可能です。

当社では、毎年上長と面談をおこない、その年の業績目標や行動目標(育成目標)を決める制度があり、入社後にご自身のご経験やご希望を踏まえてキャリアパスを設定していくことができます。

働き方


基本は平日9:00~17:30勤務となります。

会社としてコアタイムなしのフルフレックス制を導入しているため、

ちょっとした用事で遅く出社する、通院で早く帰るなど柔軟に運用されています。

新入社員には適用されませんが、中途社員は即日適用されます。

残業時間は月平均30時間程度になります。

在宅勤務は最大週4日まで可能で、担当プロジェクト状況や人によりますが週2~4日程度です。

入社直後は早く馴染んでいただくためにも、ご出社頻度は高めになりますが、

業務にも慣れてきたら在宅勤務を増やしていただいて問題ございません。

出社と在宅のハイブリッドワークで運営しており、

コミュニケーション(会議含む)はオンラインツールがメインとなります。

必要な能力・経験


【必須条件】

・ネットワーク提案・設計・検証・構築のいずれかの経験

・顧客折衝経験もしくはリーダー経験

【歓迎条件】

・Cisco製品、VMWare(SD-WAN)製品の設定経験のある方

・広域ネットワークやセキュアネットワークに関する、ネットワーク構築・再編のプロジェクトリーダやマネージャーの経験のある方
