ご来店されたお客様や、Webサイトを見てお問い合わせいただいたお客様へ、賃貸物件をご案内するお仕事です(100%反響営業)。

・お客様の希望(エリア、間取り、予算など)のヒアリング

・最適な物件のご提案・情報提供

・物件へのご案内

・契約手続き、関連書類の作成

・物件の写真撮影、Webサイトへの情報登録など

※お客様への接客対応も勿論、事務作業(書類作成・PC作業)等もお願いしています

9:30~:お客様対応(案内・契約など)

12:00~:昼休憩(^^)

13:00~:お客様対応(案内・契約など)

17:00~:ネットへの物件掲載・事務処理

18:00~:営業終了明日のスケジュール確認

パソコンの基本的な操作(Excel、Wordなど。他、業務には各種システム入力を伴います)

月給¥250,000~

※入社2年目以降は、業績目標達成度に応じた給与制度を導入しています。
