ご来店されたお客様へ、お部屋をご案内するカウンターセールスです。飛び込みやテレアポは一切ないので、営業が初めての方でも安心してスタートできます。
・お客様のお話にじっくり耳を傾けるヒアリング
・ライフスタイルに合ったお部屋のご提案
・「この部屋、素敵」と思っていただくための物件案内
・契約に関する事務手続き
・物件情報の入力や写真撮影など
※お客様への接客対応も勿論、事務作業(書類作成・PC作業)等もお願いしています

まずは、お客様と笑顔でコミュニケーションを取ることから始めましょう。専門的なことは、先輩たちがしっかりフォローします。

※上記金額は宅地建物取引士の資格手当20,000円を含んでいます。
※基本給のみの場合250,000円スタートとなります。
