ERP導入コンサルタント(東京)(福利厚生/長期にわたる案件に携わりクライアント支援)
【仕事内容】
【引継ぎ&キックオフ】ZAC導入プロジェクトを始めるためのキックオフをお客様と実施します。
キックオフでは、両社のプロジェクト推進体制やZAC導入の目的、今後のプロジェクトの進め方、スケジュールなどを確認します。
特にZAC導入の目的は、導入プロジェクトを推進するうえで非常に重要であり、最優先で達成すべき事項であるため、
プロジェクトキックオフ時点で両社の認識を確実に合わせる必要があります。
【Fit&Gap実施と運用フローの検討】
業務をヒアリングし、ZAC運用フローをお客様と検討し決定します。
検討時は、営業部門や財務会計を管轄する経理部門、管理会計を管轄するマネジメント層から意見を収集します。
各部門の意見を尊重し、ZAC導入目的に適う運用フローを適切に意思決定いただけるよう、
プロジェクトを支援・運営することがコンサルタントの役目です。
【本稼働準備支援】 ZACの本稼働に向けて、残課題の検討、マスタの整備やお客様社内でのZAC運用説明会などを実施します。
本稼働準備段階で発生した課題は、優先順位を決めて検討を行い、必要に応じてZAC運用フローの調整を行います。
【本稼働と稼働後支援】無事本稼働を迎えることが出来た後は、問い合わせ対応や残課題の検討、月次締め処理や関連システムとの
連携のサポートなどを行います。およそ3か月から6か月の稼働後支援を行いカスタマーサポートへ引継ぎを行います。

410万円~650万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

近隣手当(事業所から3km以内居住で月30,000円 ※管理職除く)、休日出勤手当、深夜勤務手当、外勤手当(外勤1時間につき50円を支給)、通信費手当
出張手当、単身赴任手当、扶養手当(18歳未満の扶養家族(子ども)1人につき、月10,000円)、技能資格手当、非喫煙者手当、
健康促進手当(1日平均8,000歩以上歩いた従業員に月1,000円)、社員紹介奨励金 ※併給不可(通勤手当と近隣手当、外勤手当と通信手当)

【休日休暇】
土曜日,日曜日,祝日/夏季休暇:5日間(6月1日~10月31日までの間で取得)、特別休暇:入籍から半年以内で5日間付与、生理休暇、
子育て支援勤務制度「コアライフ」:10時~16時を出社して勤務する時間とし、それ以外の時間は働く場所(オフィスor自宅)と時間を柔軟に選択できる
