【お仕事内容】

\ 未経験OK「正確性」が求められる、やりがいのある仕事 /

相続・遺言・成年後見等を中心とした、

行政書士の営業アシスタント業務です。

(※事務所全体で3名と小さい事務所ですが、業務は全般的に学べます)

(1)行政書士アシスタント業務

各種書類の作成(Word, Excel使用)

官公庁への申請手続き、金融機関での手続き、証明書類の取得

(2)事務・庶務業務

電話対応、来客対応(お茶出し、片付け含む)

データ入力、ファイリング

事務所内の整理、掃除 など

・仕事はお任せすることもありますので、自走できる方だとありがたいです

★法律系国家資格(行政書士・宅建等)があれば優遇します

勤務時間・曜日:

就業条件

⑴ 週2〜5日(日程は応相談)

⑵ 最大3カ月の試用期間あり(試用期間中は有期契約になります)

⑶ 10時~16時 (休憩60分)

⑷ 時間外原則無し

休暇・休日:

土、日、祝日休み

※お子様の突然の発熱など、急なお休みにも理解ある職場です。

事務所所在地と同じ(在宅勤務の場合はご自宅)

横浜市営地下鉄「港南中央駅」下車 徒歩1分

給与:

賃金

① 時給1,300円~

② 上記基本給以外にも、明確な基準によるインセンティブあり

③ ①+②=1,300円+@(インセンティブ)

④ 交通費は10,000円/月を上限とし、実費清算。

※賞与

・賞与あり(インセンティブを賞与として支給・パート職員にも支給)

※インセンティブは自分で依頼を受注した場合は報酬額に対して一定割合を支給いたします。
