当部門では、JERAが保有する国内の火力発電機(東西合わせて約130ユニット)の、販売電力量に合わせた最適な運転スケジュールの作成や、トレーディング機会を最大化するためのシステム開発や運用、電力需給業務のシステム化を推進しています。

システム開発の内製化を見込んでおり、目まぐるしい市場・世の中の情勢の変化に対応しつつ、事業としての収益の最大化、業務の最適化とともに、電力という生活の根幹となるインフラを支えるためのシステムを構築するという非常に重要なミッションを担います。

国内の電力の約3分の1を発電し、供給する当社で、社内外の優秀なシステム開発者・技術者とともに、各プロジェクトに参画して下さる方を募集しています。

未経験の方もご安心ください。教育体制を整備しておりますので、未経験からでも市場制度、需給業務、ICT、プロジェクトマネジメントに関する高度なスキルを身に着けて頂けます。

仕事内容

・中長期の電力市場制度動向を常に把握し、電力需給領域の業務影響およびシステム影響を捕捉

・足元のJERA環境変化(新規対応・契約更改等)や電力市場制度対応よる業務およびシステム/ツール影響の整理

・各案件に応じたシステム/ツール要件の検討と各PJへの対応要件・対応必要時期の連携

・社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・協議対応

・社内各種ワーキンググループへの参画とファシリテーション

・プログラムプロジェクト全体運営と予実管理

・電力需給業務継続に備えたBCP対応整備と非常時体制の構築

・人財育成に資する研修カリキュラム整備と教育資料整備

・ユーザー向け電力市場制度勉強会の主催

・東西業務オペレーション統合推進とプロセスの改善を行い、BestPracticesへ導くため、業務側のチェンジマネジメント

・庶務業務(一般予実管理・契約・購買・管理等)

・その他、直属の上長の命ずる業務

ポジションの魅力

電力需給業務は、国内の電力の安定供給を支えると共に、JERAの発電事業にも欠かすことのできない非常に重要な業務であり、このような電力需給領域の基幹業務を担うシステム開発は非常にやりがいがあり、東西(東電・中電)統合を志向した業務革新にも携わることができます。

勤務地 東日本支社(東京都千代田区内幸町2丁目2番3号 日比谷国際ビル) ※社規程等により在宅等での勤務が可能。 ※ただし、業務の必要により本社、支社、発電所拠点、海外拠点などに配転・転勤・出向等を行うことがある。

勤務時間 1. フレックスタイム制 勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有

休日 土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日に関する法律で定める休日、年末年始(12/29~1/3)
