入社後にもっと稼ぎたいとなった場合は、夜勤ありの働き方に変更OK
夜勤回数が選べたり、週休3日も希望できるので、働き方は多数
- 入社祝い金20万円(入職から3ヶ月経過後10万円、6ヶ月経過後10万円)

介護職員初任者研修修了(旧ヘルパー2級)以上
ブランクOK(年数不問)

仕事内容
(1)日勤のみの介護/第二期オープニング[社]
(2)早出や遅出なしの日勤介護/第二期オープニング[社]
OPEN1年目(2025年春・完全新築OPEN)の綺麗な施設。
定員56名の住宅型有料老人ホームで、入居者様の身の回りのお世話(食事・口腔ケア・入浴・排泄)や、レクリエーション、季節行事の企画・実施をお願いします。
※移動は建物内だけで負担少なく、気温や悪天候に悩まされることなし
※ケア記録は会社支給のスマホ・タブレットでかんたんに入力(PCも可)でき、事務作業の負担少なめ
また、機械浴を導入しており、入浴介助の負担を軽減しています。
※寝具等の日用品はリース契約をしているので、それらの日用品の洗濯業務はありません
給与
(1)月給22万2000円~32万円
(2)月給21万2000円~31万円
※経験・能力を考慮

(1)月給24万2000円~32万円/介護福祉士
月給22万2000円~27万円/介護職員初任者研修修了以上
(2)月給23万2000円~31万円/介護福祉士
月給21万2000円~26万円/介護職員初任者研修修了以上
※処遇改善手当含む
※前職より必ず給与アップを保証(規定有)
面接時に直近3ヵ月分の給与明細をご持参ください。
※試用期間3ヶ月/同条件
勤務時間
9:00~18:00をメインとしたシフト制
(シフト)7:00~16:00、9:00~18:00、11:00~20:00 ※各休憩1時間
※(2)早出なし、または遅出なしのシフト制
9:00~18:00日勤のみ、早出のみ、遅出のみのワンシフト勤務もOK
※残業ゼロ。ほぼ定時退社
