About the Company
This client is a global nonprofit running the world's only independent environmental disclosure system. They work with companies, governments, financial institutions and scientists to surface environmental data that drives better decisions. The Role
Own end-to-end organization of diverse events (300–600-person external conferences to small internal gatherings) alongside vendor/agency coordination. Advise and support other APAC markets, ensuring everything aligns with global Marketing and Communications.
What You'll Do:
Strategy
Lead the APAC events plan as the region's events specialist.
- Act as the main point of contact between APAC and the Global Events team.
Guide local Market Activation teams in other APAC countries.
Event Delivery
Deliver CDP-hosted and co-hosted events end-to-end: webinars, roundtables, awards, C-suite events, third-party conferences.
- Handle timelines, budgets, speakers, vendors, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage partners and sponsors with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee agendas and content development with the APAC Market Activation team.
- Co-develop event promotion plans.
- Track KPIs such as attendance, leads, engagement, and brand impact.
- Ensure all events are on time, on budget, and consistently on-brand.
